Select one available stay from the list. Then select additional amenities and click on the 'Book now' button. Enter your personal information, email address and phone number. Next, choose whether you want to make payment in our system or on the spot via credit card. In the last step, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation and we will start preparing for your arrival.

What are the types of accommodations at the resort?

Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential enables you to stay in apartments, penthouses or villas. Check our offer and choose the option that interests you.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

Check-in at Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential is enabled from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.

What are refundable offers?

When choosing accommodation among the Apartments and Penthouses at Playa Palmera, you can find both refundable and non-refundable options. Refundable offers allow you to book your stay with the possibility of canceling it free of charge at any time. This is a perfect choice for guests who value flexibility. For this option, payment for the stay is made by card or cash at the reception during check-in.

What are non-refundable offers?

The non-refundable offer has been designed for guests who are certain about their vacation plans. By choosing this option, you also receive an additional 10% discount. Payment is made online through one of the available payment systems and must be completed within 48 hours of making the reservation. Please make a well-considered decision, as in the case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Are refundable and non-refundable offers available for all types of accommodation?

No. Refundable and non-refundable offers are available when booking our Apartments and Penthouses, Exclusive Apartments and Penthouses, as well as rooms in Hotel Neon. All villas in our offer are subject to a non-refundable policy.
